Working with BreakthrU has helped Tall Guy and a Grill on two fronts. First, we were able to fully implement the Single-Page Plan to help streamline our workflow and keep our management team focusing on our most important/high impact projects to keep scaling the business. BreakthrU also helped us stay on track as we successfully launched two sister businesses, Flour Girl & Flame, which is a mobile wood-fired pizza concept, and The Crafted Tavern, which sources craft cocktail offerings for both to-go and in-person events and parties. Now, we have multiple revenue streams to better diversify our product offerings.
