I understand that business strategy consulting can be very expensive. Can STUCK help me even if I am on a limited budget?

Pricing is flexible and you will pay what you can afford taking into consideration what you need and what you want to achieve.

STUCK will help you realize a positive ROI with our services and will partner with you if we feel we can add value. This is a selective criteria, determined by our ability to add value to your business.

What are the benefits of utilizing STUCK over hiring a full time employee?

Flexibility. We can do as much or as little as you need and can afford at any given time.

Does STUCK also provide Human Resource services?

HR A La-CarteSTUCK partners with a preferred HR services provider, HR ala Carte, LLC. Once a client’s strategic business plan is developed, HR ala Carte works as part of the team in deploying and executing the plan. HR ala Carte can assess your current HR function, identifying efficiencies, as well as gaps and potential legal risks. An HR action plan will be developed to address those gaps and provide a roadmap for improvement. Assistance is also available to complete projects, mentor existing HR staff or simply to be an ongoing HR resource when needed.

Does STUCK provide client references?

After initial discussions and we have tentatively agreed on project scope and structure of an agreement, we are happy to provide references.

If I only need a few hours of consulting time to make sure I’m doing the right things, will STUCK still help me?

Yes—we often work with clients in situations like this. Give us a call and we’ll be happy to confidentially discuss your situation. Typically, there is a minimum fee, which we will discuss with you.

My company has very proprietary information, which I do not want to leak out. Does STUCK sign non-disclosure agreements?

Once we determine there is a good fit between your company and STUCK, we will send you a mutual non-disclosure agreement. This agreement will protect both companies from disclosure of confidential information. If you become a client of STUCK, our standard contract provides ample protection that covers most circumstances.

Why don’t you list more of your client’s names on your website?

Some of our clients insist on strict confidentiality, so we cannot divulge any information beyond their industry and a general description of the services we provided.

Do you work with non-profit organizations?

Although most of our clients are small to mid-sized companies, we can work with non-profit organizations if it’s a good fit.

Do you work with clients outside of Southeastern Wisconsin?

Yes—we have worked throughout the United States as well as internationally.

Your focus seems to be strategic planning. Do you also help companies with strategic deployment and execution? Do you help with sales and marketing strategy?

Yes. Although we typically start off our process with strategic planning before focusing on deployment and execution, our process and tools can be inserted at any step along the process. The most important part of business growth is in plan deployment and execution, so much emphasis is placed on those two.

Also, as a part of the strategic planning process, sales and marketing are covered. However, they can also be facilitated separately if a strategic plan is already in place.

I have an idea for a business I would like to start. I have very limited funds. Will you help me develop a business plan with market research?

We are passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses. We primarily work on a fee-for-service basis and will do our very best with the funds available, provided there is a good fit. If you are a good fit, you would need to do the heavy lifting while we work as facilitators and advisors. By doing this, you can still receive the support you need, but should expect a longer duration for completion.

There may be an instance where we would discount our fees in exchange for an equity stake or percentage of sales.

Can you make an equity investment in my business or provide debt financing?

STUCK is not a lender or a PE firm. However, we can assist you in preparing for this process, on a fee-for-service basis.

I'm thinking of selling my business. How can STUCK help?

We provide financial advisory services, business advisory coaching to prepare for a sale, valuation support and all ancillary functions.

I need a business plan in less than a week. Can STUCK make that happen?

At STUCK, we are always willing to go the extra mile for our clients; however, the quality of a business plan is typically proportionate to the amount of effort put forth. We would be happy to speak with you about the project but will only take on the project if we feel that STUCKs’ services would provide you a positive ROI.
